I had a vague recollection that I had encountered something very similar. Quite by chance today, as part of my research for my lecture tomorrow on Deja Vu, I found a recording of another of my BBC Radio Merseyside Billy Butler Show slots. And lo and behold, it was this slot that had a virtually identical precognition described by a caller to the show called Don Gibson …. and, as with Jeff’s experience, Don also shared his advance knowledge of the unusual scoreline with witnesses HOURS BEFORE the games kicked off ….. Please share this with any smart-arsed know-it-alls mired in scientism and any smug skeptics who just know that our science tells us that the future cannot be known because it hasn’t happened yet ……
It is mysteries like this that stimulate my own research and writings. THESE THINGS HAPPEN – ALL THE TIME ….. if science is to progress it HAS to accommodate these experiences and suggest a model of reality that can explain them. To arrogantly dismiss them as “coincidences” or “confirmation bias” is simply Bad Science!
