I find it absolutely amazing that the passing of one of the most original thinkers of the second half of the 20th century, the great Colin Wilson, is being ignored by the mass media. Colin was a huge influence upon me and he was really helpful when I first embarked upon my career as a writer. He will be greatly missed.
