John has been responsible for many of the most iconic and influential TV and radio comedy series ever. These include Not The Nine O’Clock News, Blackadder, Have I Got News For You, Spitting Image, QI and The Museum of Curiosity. But for me, and the main area of discussion in this interview, his wonderful book The Meaning of Liff, co-authored with the great Douglas Adams.
