I am delighted to announce that an article I wrote last year appears in the latest edition in the popular UK- based (but internationally available) magazine Fortean Times. It is entitled “Cheating the Ferryman: A Time-Based Approach To Life After Death”.
This is my first of possibly a number of articles written by me that may be published in future editions of this iconic (and iconoclastic) magazine. As I have been reading Fortean Times since the early 1980s (and have in my library virtually every issue since 1990 with the exception of the two years when I bought a digital subscription.
Copies of this edition (FT472) are available from June 11 2026 at all major UK newsagents such as WHSmith (now TJ Jones), Menzies, Tescos etc and possibly your local newsagent. Also note that that the brand WH Smith has outlets in a number of USA airports including JFK in New York. Hard copies and digital copies can also be purchased on-line.
I consider this to be one of the most significant events in my two decade writing career ….. and a real opportunity to get “Cheating the Ferryman” better known and to push it into the zeitgeist.
