I watched The good night again last night at Johar's suggestion. It's quite a good film with a lot to offer with regards to Lucid dreaming. It's very similar to The science of sleep but with a bigger celebrity cast including Simon Pegg. Not necessarily better though but a good watch none the less. Warning, if you are in a relationship you may find the problems the couple have alarmingly familiar. Gentleman, might wish to watch this one on your own!

I saw an extremely ITLADian themed film last night called "The nines".

This film, starring Ryan Reynolds is quite hard to describe so bear with me while i Wikipedia you all to bring you up to speed! I'd highly recommend you all check this out, if not for any other reason, than simply so i can have someone to converse with about it!!

Ive to say that the no.Nine is very symbolic number in Indian mythology and rituals....
Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps, down new roads, armed with nothing but their own vision.

Oh my god, Martin! I was just dragged to see The Dark Knight this morning, against my will, when I was hardly awake. I actually tried to get out of seeing it, the idea of that sort of film bores me utterly. As soon as Heath Ledger made his appearance, I was agitated. All I could think of was you, Martin. And the more he spoke, the more I thought of the daemon, and Tony's dyad , and the real Peake. I was going to ask you to do a review of it for my blog, will you, Martin? I myself found it the most Nietzschean, Daemonic, Peakian, Hamlet- esque film I have ever seen, and Ledger's death was thereby redeemed. What a daemon he was, and how time speeded up and made him fast-forward to an old man in his walk, his speech, his glance! I have been in the worst depression lately, but I left the theater with my blood up, and my heart racing, and my spirit on fire. Ledger was a daemon-god, and he moved and spoke as super-human, and I feel I can face anything now, and I thanked on bended knee the friend who forced me to come along ( I had to be literally dragged out of bed and into the theater, for a 10 am showing!)-- I am going to write Anthony with all my thoughts when I have calmed down. If you do not see all we have discussed together, even in our talk of Eminem, in him Martin, then I never knew you, I kept thinking of all our talks at every turn, each glance, especially when they had in in the nurse's uniform--it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen in some time, my god. I am 100% Peakian now, and I now think that Tony = Anarch Peak literally   :o

PS : Martin, if you do not write one of your first-rate reviews on my blog site, full of daemonic references, then I will!!!

Yes, Di; I loved it, and at the risk of sounding my usual ludicrous self, so subject to mania, I will say that I saw a certain Dark Philosopher in the brilliant role which Ledger surely died to play so well, but it is a death redeemed, in my opinion.

Susan Marie: It probably won't come as a massive shock to hear that I have not seen this film, nor in all probability will see it, but I have heard much from those who have done (mostly either loving or hating it).
Thank you also for emailing me the photoshop imagery that you and Andrew have done; if you are having difficulty placing the images on FORUM and would like others to see them then please let me know and I will post them on your behalf.

Dark Philosopher: I actually very rarely see movies, am not a fan of film for some odd reason, and certainly do not like action or fantasy type films, as I would class this one. I went reluctantly, and with dread, as I cannot smoke in theaters, and usually spend the time praying for the end credits so I can go smoke. I had no idea I would be so riveted by Ledger in this role, it was almost a religious experience, or felt like one. I felt immediately that Martin would understand, as he has re Eminem. I did see a lot of you in the role, in terms of Peake's daemon: Ledger spoke, moved, grimaced, laughed. leaped , etc. like a daemon; he was surreal, and it made me comprehend his death (the price to pay for having gone into the daemon territory; this is how my mind intuited it. Also saw his Brokeback Mountain character coming through in his gestures ( he went very gay and "fem" at certain points, but with true grace and elegance). I'd like to say far more RE you, but this is not the proper venue. If you would like to post what Andrew did, that would be fine, of course only if you would like to. That is your gazing eye from your Sensation of Being. . . post, with you, and Ledger, of course.
