My associates Dr. Engelbert Winkler and Dr. Dirk Proeckl (both members of this Forum) have just returned from a successful visit to to the SAND Conference in San Rafael in California. http://www.scienceandnonduality.com/speakers.shtml Their next port of call will be London in mid November when they will have "Lucia" with them. If any of my fellow itladians are interested to meet them personally and maybe even test out a "Hypnagogic Light Experience“ please let us know your preferred time for your appointment. I will be meeting with the doctors on Tuesday 16th and they will be attending my talk at Watkins Bookshop in Central London. This will start at 17:15. I am hoping that I may have a "Lucia" with me that evening. This machine will not be "live" but it will give folks the opportunity to see one "up close and personal"!

Maybe one day my work will feature at a future SAND conference ....... indeed it is interesting that non-duality came up as a discussion item at my talk at Bebington library last Saturday.

I think that the prices show that this device is not a toy but a serious piece of medical equipment that has been vetted by the authorities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Indeed the fact that Engelbert and Dirk will be at the Austrian Embassy shows the backing that this device is receiving. I am really excited about the potential of this machine and how it may be used as a tool for empirical research in relation to my own "intromatic experience" as discussed in my forthcoming book.

I'm still unclear how this is different to a Proteus at about £120.

and if Bashar would care to give us a little hint on how to control gravity, or generate clean energy if they don't want us barbarians out there with them, rather than sell books, tapes and meetings, I'd be more impressed.

Hi DK.

I need to read up a little bit more about Proteus and the other related products that are on the Market. My initial investigations do not inform me of the backgrounds to these machines. For example I cannot find information as to who designed Proteus. As you will no doubt know Dr. Proeckl is a consultant neurologist with his own practice in Austria. Likewise Dr. Winkler has a PhD in psychology and is also a consultant. Both men have worked for many years in their respective professions and have designed the LL Stimulator to fit in with the latest knowledge of how the brain functions, both neurochemically and neurologically. The stimulator has been tested under stringent laboratory conditions as one would expect for something given a patent in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It also works with proprietary software designed to work with it. It also comes with a laptop linked to it to record the results of the various programmes.

In order to be licensed to use this device the purchasers should attend a course designed to ensure that it is used in the correct manner. At present it can only be purchased by suitably qualified individuals who work in a medical or paramedical environment. As far as I understand it Proteus, and all the other devices, can be bought by anybody who has the money and offers no formal training courses. I suppose that the major difference is that the L L Stimulator is not a toy but a really powerful device that does bring about some powerful effects.

The device has won various awards including the gold medal at a German inventors event last week in, I think, Leipzig.
