The Bible and the Pineal Gland

Rabbi Joel Baksti (who appears in the movie The Spirit Molecule) has kindly sent me a paper he has written entitled The Foundations Stone & New Jerusalem of the Mind. This is a fantastic read and, with his permission I will be including credited sections of it in my forthcoming book The Gateway To Infinity - The Pineal Gland and Altered-States of Consciousness. I have just come across an amazing section where Rabbi Baksti highlights a section from the Bible just after Jacob has has what can be interpreted as a lucid-dream encounter with an "angel" (I cannot help but draw links with the "Machine Elves" encounters of Terence McKenna whilst under the influence of ayahuasca and the classic "Grey" encounters experienced by Rick Strassman's subjects during their DMT "journeys"):

Now your are all probably aware that for me the Pineal Gland has great significance with regards to altered-states of consciousness and such things as Out-of-Body Experiences, Near-Death Experiences and "Lucid Dreaming". In my last book I presented a neuro-chemical/quantum physics model that attempted to explain what is taking place. Here we have evidence that, as usual, mystic beliefs and "Gnostic Traditions" have long known how this model works. I am not "discovering" anything. I am simply uncovering information that has been known for millennia.

I am aware that this is simply a homonym .... but one of some significance nevertheless. As Rabbi Baksti jokingly states:

One of the major themes of our Walker Group discussions have been that "God" may simply be the collective consciousness of mankind and that (s)he experiences "reality" through all of us, existing in a kind of self-created soap opera. I recall us having a fascinating discussion about this. Well, I have now discovered that this is exactly the self-reflective model of God/Man that is presented in Mystical Jewish thought. In the article he sent me Rabbi Baksti writes "The world, together with the entirety of humanity, is literally one collective consciousness existing within one collective human-like form. This “super soul-body” is the higher-dimensional Adam (containing both masculine and feminine) that has undergone unfathomable dimensional collapse (the “Fall”).". Stunning stuff, and directly reflected in the writing of another new contact of mine, Dr. Martin W Ball. The central concept of his recent book "Being Human: An Entheological Guide to God, Evolution and the Fractal Energetic Nature of Reality" is exactly this, and you know how he came up with this idea? Through his experiences with5-MeO-DMT!!!!! As is stated by the Ayahuasca Shamans in Graham Hancock's book "Supernatural" and Jeremy Narby's "The Cosmic Serpent" the DMT itself is "intelligent" in that it has sentience ... a sentience drawn up from DNA ... the base-line intelligence of the universe. Where I am going with this book is mind-blowing ....
