As to Replay, it's interesting that Ken Grimwood was working on a sequel to Replay when he died from a heart attack in 2003 at the age of 59. Not quite the same date and age as in the novel, but the same manner of death.Good to hear from you. Glad you got the birthday greetings. (I think you're around my age, by the way...)
