Oxford Library and Cindy Lauper

Synchrondipity is a term that itladians use to describe those weird synchronicities that support the theory called "Cheating The Ferryman". have you had any really odd coincidences that proved to be significant on one way or another? We want to hear about them. Place them on here and start a discussion about what they really mean.

Oxford Library and Cindy Lauper

Most recent weekdays I have been reading my copy of ITLAD in the public library in Oxford. I joined the forum a few nights back and the first two random topics I opened - written by different forum members - both mentioned Oxford Library in the body of the post! Also one of the post authors has since told me she used to work for Oxford University Libraries.
So earlier on today I was in Oxford Library and had a deja vu experience based around a dream I had about a rug that had worn through to reveal a nicer rug underneath. A few minutes later I was about to begin the Ouspensky's Roundabout chapter when a girl passed me by and sang "time after time" the chorus from the Cindy Lauper tune of the same name (which oddly was a favourite of mine as a small child and used to make me cry!) . I looked on the shelf next to me and there was a book called Time after Time - the girl had obviously seen this. The chapter in question as we know details the eternal return hypothosis! Very timely!

Wow it continues!!
I just typed Chet Baker into youtube a few seconds after posting this topic and the second video it brings up is called Time after Time. I have heard the tune before so some latitude for suggesting I subconsciously thought of Chet after writing about Lauper I guess although I don't know the song well and hadn't noted its name before.
