ARE THERE REVELATIONS AFTER DEATH?

Hello again people, This is my first post for absolutely AGES!

Anyway, I used to think that when one dies, one would find out all the secrets of the universe and the meaning of life (not 42).
Now I'm not so sure...

What do you lot think?

Your question really intrigues me. What stimulated you to ask this question (for example was being involved in my book launch last night similar to an "after-life" experience?

I started reading the book on the train (great material as usual!) and I guess it got me thinking about all those levels to achieve before (if) you can ascend to the highest realm in some of those religions.
I just assumed that when you die, you find out what everything is all about and why, but in none of those near death experiences has this been the case (or we would ALL know by now - convenient that isn't it?)
I used to think 'well at least when I do die I'll find out what it's all about'
But thinking about it some more, I'm guessing we don't!

Its also interesting to note that many of the major religions state that acquiring nirvana or the particular equivalent usually means giving up your self and any desires and is often described as a timeless state of bliss.

Some say it is all knowing bliss, many appear to describe it more as know nothing bliss
It would seem that ignorance is truly bliss....

.. Which isn't as facetious as it looks, as how could anyone aware of pain and suffering be in a state of bliss.

I don't think i could achieve that bliss unless i did know the meaning of life.
But then, perhaps the feeling of bliss is placed upon us, or the desire to know is switched off.
Depends what bliss means to you once you pass over I suppose.

If I were to find out that we had all been living in a computer simulation and that all the info from our doings and being was there in the data, I'd probably say
"I told you so!"

no worries mate
you are the source, as you are part of all there is.
your imagination is infinite.
you can manifest any state of being that you wish.
the only thing that is stopping you is YOU ....
because you dont believe it ..... yet
you are manifesting experiences in order to overcome them with the idea of finding your true self and you have eternity to do it.... and yet eternity is NOW

that ok for you ?
